Amanda is a mother of two and has over a decade of experience as a successful Entrepreneur, creative, Yoga teacher & Yoga Teacher Trainer.

Amanda understands the difficulty of juggling a family with a career and also the challenges of staying well within yourself whilst giving plentifully to others.

Amanda has spent years learning how to access and then hone her talents; she’d be honoured to share her knowledge with you so that you too can fearlessly live a life you love.

Working with Amanda will help you to rebalance your system, face your fears, reignite your passions and regain your flow; both spiritually, professionally and personally.

Dates:

Our journey will begin April 2020 with group sessions being held on Sundays between 5.30-7pm:

  • April 19th
  • May 10th
  • June 13th

What will we do?

Each individual journey will look different; we will work together to enable you to find your OWN path to freedom; this might include some or all of the following practices:

  • Exploration of your spiritual self
  • Specific Yogic practices to address your needs
  • Specific, practical manifesting  techniques
  • Deep Relaxation sessions
  • Life map planning & goal / intention setting
  • practical advice & support on gentle yet transformational lifestyle changes

As a continuation of our initial 3 month journey you will be given the option of joining us for an ongoing monthly group session and of course you will be able to continue 1:1 with Amanda on an “as and when you need it” basis.

Annual intake for this programme and on-going individual work will be limited to just 10 women; there will be no further intake during 2020 to allow for the deep connections needed with each participant during this time.
